For Gorgeous Provence fly to Nice and then take a short transfer to the meeting hotel.

By Air
There are flights from the UK to Avignon airport but only in the summer.
The nearest other airports are Marseille, Nimes and Lyon.
By Train
The French railways provide a fast and efficient service and getting to Provence from the UK by train is straightforward. Avignon is served by TGV train from the north and the south.
Possible options are
- Fly to Paris or Lyon then take the TGV to Avignon
- Fly to Marseille and take the TGV to Avignon
- From London you can take the train all the way, changing at Lille to get the TGV to Avignon or changing in Paris to pick up the TGV ( this involves a 20 minutes transfer on the Paris Metro).
- It is also possible to get from London St. Pancras to Avignon direct in 6¼ hours on The Eurostar. This direct service runs every Saturday from May to October.
By Car
Driving out is not difficult, although it takes a full day from the UK, a journey you may wish to break en route. Also bear in mind that the French motorways are toll roads.
There is also convenient car rental at Avignon if you want to have a vehicle during your stay.
